A customer reported from Orpington brought their HP all in one PC to use as it wouldn’t start stating the the OS was not found.

We removed the hard drive and tested it which showed hard drive errors. We suggested an update to an SSD hard drive for maximum speed gains as the SSD’s are around 12 x faster than traditional spinning SATA drives.

We installed the new SSD and put the case back on and then installed Windows 10. We also were able to transfer the data even though the drive was faulty.

The Computer booted to Windows 10 in under 20 seconds with no delay once the desktop loaded.
