A customer based in Orpington had an issue with their Laptop where it wouldn’t charge at all. On diagnosis we found that the DC socket looked damaged (as you can see on the right side image the left one is broken) so we took it apart and got the part number before ordering a new replacement.

The DC socket was a plug in version so was easily replaced. We tested it and charged the Laptop with no issues.
