A customer based in Bromley had bought a selection of Hikvision cameras and a door entry system that they wanted us to install. As an approved Hikvision installer we jumped at the chance to install the hardware below:

The loft was boarded and had power so we installed 4 cameras onto the soffits of the house. This meant we could pull the Cat 6 cable directly into the loft  and hide it under the insulation of the loft to the NVR recorder. We placed one camera facing the front lawn, one down the side access path and 2 covering the garden fence and patio. The last camera was set on the garage with the cable running up into the garage and then through the ceiling (luckily a cable was already going through) to the office area. From the office we ran a Cat 6 to the cupboard where the garage cable came up and up into the loft. An old TV Arial cable was hanging through so we were able to use this as a pull through.

We set the cameras up to line detection so when the Hik Connect app was running and online, the cameras would automatically trigger and send a live video to the users phone.

Lastly we set up the video doorbell and access panel.
