A regular customer brought their daughters Acer laptop to us as it was running slow. We checked the Laptop and performed a full clean and tune service on it including:

Run CCleaner to clear temp and internet cache buildup

Registry clean

Run Adwcleaner to check for any malware

Manually stop any 3rd party services that were running and slowing Windows startup

Check available hard drive space

Run windows update

Disable background running apps

Check for any driver updates

The laptop was not running an SSD hard drive but the clean and tune service made a noticeable difference in speed and performance
