This laptop was brought to us as it kept crashing during the Windows boot up phase. After some diagnostics we discovered that the existing SSD was faulty and would need to be replaced. We supplied and fitted a new 512GB NVMe SSD and installed Windows and Office that the customer had provided us.

We copied back all data using an NVMe USB convertor
