Remote Support
We can easily help you with your issues remotely using our secure software. It’s the same as if we were sat at your PC or Laptop yet it’s totally safe and contactless way of fixing your issue and keeps the cost down.
Up to an hour of remote connection time for home users only: £55
Drop off service
If your system needs work that cannot be fixed remotely such as a hardware fix or software reinstall you can drop it to us. We will run a free diagnostics on the computer and then give you a fixed price to repair it including any new hardware parts that may need to be replaced. A drop off will always be cheaper than a call out.
You can generally collect your machine repaired 24 hours later.
Call out service
For anyone who requires a visit on site we are happy to come to you and fix it at your property or office. If you want us to wear a mask please let us know before we come.
