HP PC upgraded to SSD Hard Drive

Our customer based in Bromley reported that their PC was reporting “No operating system found”. We advised the customer that their hard drive was probably dead or dying. Our diagnosis confirmed that the drive was faulty and needed to be replaced.

We recommended a 250GB SSD which was installed with Windows 10 latest version. We purchased an SSD 3.5 to 2.5 tray so the SSD was properly secured inside the case of the PC.

Data was recovered luckily even though the drive was dying and they had no backup.
