Customers laptop had begun to freeze regularly so they brought it to us for free diagnostics. We quickly discovered via the built in diagnostics and removing the drive and testing in another PC that it was faulty.

We recommended replacing the drive with a fast Crucial SSD Sata Hard Drive. The customer had no need to salvage any data as it was already on their OneDrive so it was a straight swap. We installed the current version of Windows 10 21H1 along with drivers and Google Chrome as requested by the customer.

We destroyed the old drive and disposed of it safely.
