A customer brought us their Laptop as it wouldn’t boot after water had been spilled onto it. We opened it up and could see water on the hard drive as seen in the images. We disconnected the battery and then disconnected the hard drive connector. We soaked up and then cleared away all the water drops and also used a tissue to clean and dry the hard drive connector. We reconnected the HDD connector and battery and powered it up. Windows booted up fine. We added in a free cleanup as well as the laptop was very slow and lots of unnecessary apps and processes were running.
