We originally installed this 5 camera HikVision CCTV system in 2018 but it hadn’t been updated due to Lockdown. We arranged to visit the customer and perform the upgrade to 5 CCTV Turrets and 1 NVR.

We downloaded the correct firmware from the HIK EU Portal for  DS-2CD2385FWD-I 4K Cameras and the DS-7608NI-K2/8P 4K NVR.

The camera versions were updated from V5.5.80 Build 180911 to V5.6.5 Build 20031

The NVR was upgraded from V3.4.104 Build 190128 to V4.3.005 Build 200628 which includes the new GUI interface.

We rebooted the NVR and tested all cameras were working and recording.
