If you have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now Outlook will not send Emails then follow this simple fix.

In the search section at the bottom left next to the Start button type CMD. When “command prompt” appears with a black box in the search results, right click on it and choose “run as administrator”.

The black Dos box will appear with a prompt for you to type. Go ahead and type:

sfc /scannow

Press enter and it will go and check for any issues. It takes about 15 minutes and you can see it’s progress from 0-100%.

When it’s finished close it down and open Outlook.

That’s it – problem solved.
